While I am saving you a couple of sweet muffins, the roti is definitely something that needs to be eaten fresh.  The sugar would get un-gooey--or maybe even completely absorbed--over the course of even just the few hours that would pass between when I could last make them and when I&#039;d be seeing you on Friday.  We could make them another time during the break, though. :]</description>
